Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and mode of the consignment.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and an estimated delivery timeline.

Typically, orders are delivered within 10–14 working days from the date of purchase.

In certain areas, delivery may take longer due to limited accessibility by our logistics partners. In such cases, our team will proactively get in touch with you.

We recommend checking your email and SMS updates regularly for shipping notifications.

Overseas shipping is chargeable. To work out shipping charges when ordering from overseas, please place your order, fill in your address details and the site will show you the shipping charges on the check-out page.
Import duties, customs or local taxes, if any, chargeable by the country the order is being shipped to ,are to be paid by the recipient.
Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then clear these with the delivery partners at the time of  receiving the order.

Shipping Policy

After receiving the customer’s order we conduct a thorough pre dispatch inspection of the stock , prepare the documents and package the goods .

Post that the stock is shipped by the best of the logistics service providers in the country . It takes five to seven days for the stock to reach the designated destination .

In case  of a delay and no communication about the causes of delay , a customer must contact us at Omaanajaipur@gmail.com  and +91 9314933416 with his/her order confirmation number contained in the SMS alert and email received  immediately after the order placement.

Omaana is committed and bound to fulfill the customer’s orders at the earliest and have tied up with the best available third party service providers for facilitating the same . However, it will not be held liable for any exceptional delays caused due to any issues at the third party service provider’s end or arising out of the reasons responsible for the delay due to act of god or otherwise. This notwithstanding, Omaana will make all attempts to resolve the issues causing delays in consignment fulfillment.
